Cancellation Policy:

In the event of reservation cancellation, the following charges will be applied:
  • No charges in case the cancellation occurs 7 full days prior to tours/activities.
  • Charged at 50% in case the cancellation occurs 2 full days prior to tours/activities.
  • Charge in full in case the cancellation occurs less than 2 days or no show.


For circumstances beyond the control of the Provider, a substitute product shall be offered to Service Beneficiary, e.g. alternative day/time, or should customer decline, a full refund.
